During our visit to Washington, DC, we went downtown on a lovely warm sunny April morning.  There was thousands of people out for the Cherry Blossom race – a running race that takes in much of the wonderful cherry blossom that is out this time of the year.  It also brought out many photographers keen to get THE picture and couples with photographers getting “couples” pictures with blossom as their background.
