At the end of five weeks touring the states we ended up in Bar Harbor, Maine.  At the end of the season there were still many tourists walking round this quaint touristy town.  We ate heartily at the Thirsty Whale, but I really liked a wall of driver plates stuck up on the side wall of another restaurant on the main drag from the harbour.
